Child data

Child Data Handling

SolvPrep is a children’s education product. This page explains how child profile and learning data is handled in a parent-controlled way.

These pages are written to explain how SolvPrep operates today. They should be reviewed as part of final legal readiness before full paid launch.

Parent-managed child profiles

Parents create and manage child profiles. A child profile may include display name, year group, school name, target exam information, companion choice and learning progress.

Display names are not treated as unique identities. Child usernames are separate and are used only for child login.

Learning data we generate

SolvPrep records answers, timing, confidence signals, review needs, readiness scores, mock results, streaks, XP and lesson activity so the platform can guide the next best step.

This data is intended to help children improve and help parents understand progress. It should not be used as a harsh label of ability.

Child safety design

Child accounts do not require email addresses. Child users are directed to the student learning experience, not parent or admin areas.

Current social and leaderboard features are designed around positive progress signals, not public weak-topic exposure or raw intelligence ranking.

Parent rights and support

Parents can ask questions about child data, account access or deletion. Where possible, we will respond using the parent account email associated with the child profile.

Future school or tutor integrations will need additional consent and product controls before they are enabled for Victory 11+.
