Privacy Policy

SolvPrep is built for children and parents, so privacy must be clear. This page explains the data we collect and how it supports the learning experience.

These pages are written to explain how SolvPrep operates today. They should be reviewed as part of final legal readiness before full paid launch.

What we collect

We collect parent account details, child profile details, learning activity, practice answers, test results, readiness signals and platform usage needed to operate the learning experience.

Children do not need an email address. Child login is designed around a username and password managed by the parent.

How we use data

We use data to run Victory 11+, show lessons and practice, calculate readiness, recommend missions, track progress, protect accounts and help parents understand learning evidence.

We do not sell child learning data. We do not use child data for advertising profiles.

Who can see it

Parents can see their own child profiles, study activity, readiness scores, weekly plans and reports. Children can see their own learning journey.

Internal access is limited to what is needed for support, security, maintenance and product improvement.

Security and retention

Passwords are stored as hashes, not plain text. We use role-based access patterns so child accounts do not access parent dashboards.

We keep learning records while an account is active so progress and reports continue to work. Parents can contact us about account data questions or deletion requests.
