Terms of Use

These terms apply to parents and guardians who create an account with SolvPrep, and to children who use Victory 11+ through a parent-managed child account.

SolvPrep provides adaptive learning tools, lessons, practice, diagnostics, mock tests, readiness scoring, study plans, companion features and parent progress insights for exam preparation.

Parents are responsible for maintaining their account, setting up child access appropriately, supervising child use and ensuring the platform is used for lawful educational purposes.

SolvPrep subscriptions are priced at £5.99 per month, per child. Every child profile and every programme is billed at the same flat monthly price; there are no additional-child discounts and no annual plan. [PLACEHOLDER: confirm final launch pricing and taxes/VAT treatment].

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. The billing date, amount and plan details should be shown at checkout and in the billing portal.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe [PLACEHOLDER: confirm Stripe contracting entity]. SolvPrep does not store full payment card numbers, CVV codes or full payment credentials on its own servers. Parents enter card details into Stripe secure payment flow, and SolvPrep stores only limited billing references such as Stripe customer/subscription identifiers, subscription status and renewal dates.

If a parent adds another paid child profile, the subscription cost may increase. The parent should be shown the additional cost before confirming the change.

Victory 11+ supports preparation for UK entrance exams, but it cannot guarantee admission, exam results, scholarship outcomes or school placement.

Readiness scores, reports, mock results and recommendations are learning guidance based on platform activity, not official exam-board predictions or school admissions advice.

Users must not attempt to access accounts they do not own, disrupt the service, scrape or copy content at scale, reverse engineer the platform, upload harmful material, misuse child login credentials or use the service in a way that harms children or other users.

Parents should keep their own password private, set child passwords carefully and supervise child access. Parents should tell us promptly if they believe an account has been compromised.

The SolvPrep platform, software, lesson materials, generated questions, explanations, reports, designs, trademarks, logos, companion concepts and visual assets are owned by [PLACEHOLDER: company legal name] or its licensors.

Parents and children receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the platform for educational preparation during an active subscription or permitted access period. Content must not be copied, republished, resold or used to build a competing product without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate access if a user materially breaches these terms, fails to pay subscription fees, misuses the platform, threatens service security, infringes intellectual-property rights or uses the service in a way that could harm children or other users.

Parents may cancel their subscription through the billing portal or by contacting support at the address below. Cancellation and refund rights are explained in the Refund and Subscription Terms.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or statutory rights that cannot be excluded.

Subject to the previous sentence, SolvPrep is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, loss of school place, exam outcome disappointment, loss caused by third-party services, or loss arising from use of the platform outside its intended educational purpose.
