Terms of Use

These terms explain the basic rules for using SolvPrep and the Victory 11+ learning programme.

These pages are written to explain how SolvPrep operates today. They should be reviewed as part of final legal readiness before full paid launch.

Using the platform

SolvPrep provides adaptive learning tools, lessons, practice, diagnostics, mock tests and parent progress insights for exam preparation.

Parents are responsible for maintaining their account, setting up child access appropriately and ensuring the platform is used for lawful educational purposes.

Educational guidance

Victory 11+ supports preparation for UK entrance exams, but it cannot guarantee admission, exam results or school placement.

Readiness scores, reports and recommendations are learning guidance based on platform activity, not official exam predictions.

Acceptable use

Users must not attempt to access accounts they do not own, disrupt the service, scrape content at scale, upload harmful material or misuse child login credentials.

Parents should supervise child access and keep passwords private.

Changes and availability

We may improve lessons, questions, dashboards, companion features, mocks and adaptive logic over time.

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but online services can occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, incidents or third-party infrastructure issues.
