Subscriptions
Clear pricing matters. This first-draft page explains the planned per-child subscription, cancellation and refund structure for Victory 11+.
SolvPrep subscriptions are £5.99 per month, per child. Every child and every programme is billed at the same flat monthly price; there are no discounts for additional children and no annual plan. [PLACEHOLDER: confirm final launch pricing and VAT/tax treatment].
Pricing is per child because each child receives their own profile, adaptive pathway, question history, reports, readiness score and learning data.
Parents should be told clearly before adding a paid additional child that it may increase the subscription cost.
Monthly plans renew each month and annual plans renew each year unless cancelled before the renewal date. The renewal date and amount should be shown during checkout and in the billing portal.
Payments are processed by Stripe [PLACEHOLDER: confirm Stripe contracting entity]. SolvPrep does not store full card numbers, CVV codes or full payment credentials. Failed, disputed or reversed payments may result in restricted access until billing is resolved.
Parents can cancel through the secure billing portal once subscription billing is enabled. [PLACEHOLDER: billing portal route or instructions]. Parents can also contact support if they cannot access the portal.
After cancellation, access would normally continue until the end of the paid billing period unless a refund or legal cancellation right applies.
UK consumers may have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases. Digital services can be treated differently if the consumer asks for access to begin during the cooling-off period and acknowledges that cancellation rights may be affected once digital content or services begin.

Refund requests should be reviewed fairly, especially for accidental duplicate charges, billing errors, inability to access the paid service, or cancellation requests made within applicable statutory rights.
Unless required by law or agreed by support, cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund amounts already paid for a billing period that has begun. [PLACEHOLDER: confirm final discretionary refund policy].
